Recently, a mass of S.C’s TOPCon whole line equipment was successfully transported to Jiangsu Runergy’s factory, nearly a month ahead of initial schedule time, and the equipment has been ramped up for mass production and was fully affirmed and praised by the customer. It marks that S.C is fully capable of supplying TOPCon PE-Poly whole line equipment, which is another great achievement of S.C's strategy of "Leading Technology, Advanced Management and First-class Service ".
S.C’s TOPCon PE-Poly whole line equipment is mainly added with Tunnel oxide, Poly-Si, and front coating equipment on the basis of PERC production line, and this technical solution perfectly realizes the “three-in-one” preparation of tunnel layer, Poly-si layer and in-situ doping, which not only solves the difficulties of wrapping, high energy consumption and high loss of quartz components in traditional TOPCon cell production process, but also the in-situ doping time of the new PE-poly technology is only one-fifth of the traditional LP route.
In this technical route, it’s the first time that the front coating realizes a new two-in-one mode while the back Poly-si coating realizes the mass production with advanced three-in-one mode. The technical route has obvious advantages in terms of yield, efficiency, equipment investment and non-silicon cost compared to traditional TOPCon route.
S.C’s new boron diffusion equipment applied in this technology, with excellent technical performance and process ability, is obviously in the competitive advantage in the aspects of uniformity, KWH cost, efficiency and other indicators, effectively improving the competitiveness of TOPCon cells.
